Girls Regional Program

Program Details

Our Regional Program takes the core club experience – veteran staff, professional communication, family-oriented culture – and supplements each of those elements with a development and competition schedule that is conducive to the multi-sport athlete. At MOD we believe that club volleyball doesn’t need to be an “all or nothing” choice, and this program is designed around maximizing the potential of athletes that have a limited amount of time to commit to the courts.

A typical Regional season will span from December to mid-April, often concluding with a trip to an out-of-state event. Along the way we cover core skills training, dedicated positional work, team scenario drills, mental-wellness programming, local events and power leagues, and national qualifier events.

The Regional Program is a development-focused training course, serving as a less time-intensive option for athletes with multiple commitments as well as an opportunity for new athletes to progress towards our Elite Program if that is their goal. That development extends beyond the courts as well, with the goal of preparing our athletes to launch into adolescence and adult life with full confidence!
