MOD Mental Performance Programming
Being an elite athlete takes more than just physical ability – your mental and emotional processes all play a large role in adapting to, meeting, and exceeding the demands of your competition and training environment. Our Mental Performance Programming is designed to help athletes increase their skill set while enabling them to take ownership of their training process, and to equip coaches and parents with some additional tools and knowledge to help facilitate our athlete’s growth.

We Offer:
- Monthly Education Sessions for Athletes paired with a mid-month activity for skill acquisition
- 1 on 1 Sessions: Our consultants are available for 1 on 1 sessions by appointment!
- Parent Sessions: Dates TBA throughout their athlete’s season and individual appointments by request.
- Coaching Sessions: Monthly and individual sessions by request.
